SignBlazer Elements 6.05 + redsail RS800c

Hi forum.

I'm trying to get this work with my redsail but can't get it work.Cutter just doesn't mouve. The only thing I've been able to verify is that data is coming out of the COM port. Just wondering if there's something I've been missing! Is the comunication protocol choosen directly from the cutter model, or can I choose it somewhere else?

thanks for your reply. I've tried with onboard COM port but also with an USB/COM converter. Also selected the rigth comport each time. To test if something was coming out from the computer I've connected it to another computer's comport and with Terminal I could get the data coming out SIGNBLAZER. As an example if I send the "Home Position" command I get this:
