problema cuchilla plotter mh721--mh721 blade plotter problem

soy nuevo en el foro, tengo el plotter mh 721 y debido a un corte de luz la cuchilla dejo de cortar , se mueve perfectamente y hace el dibujo pero no corta nada de vinilo, tampoco con maxima presion. Alguien me puede ayudar?

i´m new in this forum , I have the plotter mh 721 and  due to a power outage stopped the blade cut, moves perfectly and does not cut anything but drawing vinyl, also with maximum pressure. Someone can help me?
