cinnamon457 0 Posted July 17, 2014 I am trying to blur in a photo like in the bottom right corner like in the first pic... The second pic is the pic I am trying to make the edges blur on and add it to third...similar to the 1st pic... Can someone blur in the 2nd pic onto the bottom right corner of the third pic o tell me how to create the blur effect like the two pictures in the 1st pic?
