Please help, Summa D160se not detecting pinch rollers????

Hiyall, just wondering if any of you out there have had a problem with a summa D160se when i load media it says ..."please switch off power... pinch rollers not detected" and wont do a thing....

Summa has lifetime free tech support even if your not the original owner. They'll fix you up. I don't know what is wrong, my guess is that the OPUS isn't working while it is running through the load sequence so it can't find the width of the vinyl.
