MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted July 16, 2014 Topps actually uses a number of vinyl available such as gold engine turn signal, cracked ice, etc. Do you think that this type might not be available to the public? if that is the case, is it possible that someone makes this type? jschmidt 0 Posted July 16, 2014 I have an update on this - I believe that an overlaminate is transparent, correct? If so, I don't believe this to be an overlaminate ... I took apart the material shown in the video, and it peeled off a little bit. It was not transparent. It acted almost like the oilspil holographic vinyl that is out there.
