FrznFire07 217 Posted July 8, 2014 from what i can tell on my ce 3000 60 no it is not supposed to be loose. it looks like there is a screw on either side of the carriage to remove plastic, then there are several screws inside that tighten carriage to belt. try removing plastic and see if you can tighten it to the belt.
