mr300s 1,272 Posted June 29, 2014 Any feedback on this or any other engraver? http://www.rolanddga.com/products/engravers/egx350/
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted June 29, 2014 had a egx-20 for a short time - had a chance to flip it for about 1K profit without the work and did that instead. made 1 item and it worked pretty cool - I just needed to figure out my starting point better but was pretty easy to use

mr300s 1,272 Posted June 29, 2014 I was also looking at this http://www.rolanddga.com/solutions/photoImpactPrinting/
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted June 29, 2014 I was also looking at this http://www.rolanddga.com/solutions/photoImpactPrinting/ had the older metza 60 I think it was - it was ok again but it is a light impact engraving. I actually think the rotary was going to be a better deal as a lot of industrial applications still want the hard plastic engraved stuff for the machinery for durability (and some places ada) . got a fair amount of interest in that area when i had it
mark-s 1,126 Posted June 29, 2014 I agree with Scott I`d go with the 350, I think you`ll be alot happier. After doing a 25 glass etch job last week, there has got to be something faster, time is money. So I started looking at laser engravers, you can do so much more and faster,Remember time is money. mark-s
