THBevis 0 Posted June 24, 2014 I'm using a USCutter MH721 purchased about two years ago, cutting on Siser Easy Weed and using Sure Cuts A Lot 3 Pro on Windows 7. I recently replaced the machine's z chip and installed a new blade and blade holder onto the machine. The machine now, operating the same as I had been before swapping out the z chip, seems to pull on the vinyl causing it to bunch up and jam while the cut is being processed. This primarily happens when the cut gets too close to the edge. Cutting approx 1.5-2 inches away from the edge of the vinyl works fine, but I lose a lot of cutting area. Other than this, the blade cuts the vinyl just perfectly, and there's no other loses of lines or precision. Right now, I've adjusted the speed to 20 i/s and the force to 90g. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
amy liu 0 Posted July 14, 2014 what is the distance between the pinch roller and the edge of the vinyl? 1cm~2cm is the best.
