My 7 year old is totally hands on.  Now that she is on summer break all she wants to do is work with me.  She spends a lot of time talking on her fake phone taking fake orders.  It is so impressive listening to her "talking with the customer" she has such awesome phone etiquette!  I don't know where she got that from.  

 

In fact just yesterday she did just about all my weeding!

As long as it's reasonable I don't limit colors. Like it or not I have to compete with printed banners.
