Hi yall! Been playin around with my new sc 25. And noticed when i do a test that the cuts arent quite lining up. Im using a 45 degree blade and the default setting for offseg. .30. Should i change this?

Blade offset has nothing to do with lining up, it has to do with the way the cutter handles corners, like the corners of a box. Can you post a pic?

Mine isn't cutting square registration marks completely square. What is the offset suppose to be set to on the same machine with Sure Cuts A Lot Pro 3.

Offset based on the blade not the program or machine. Adjust up or down in small increments until it gets better.
