LXi Master Plus crashes when importing file

I just swapped my LXi Master Plus from my old Windows 7 computer to my new Windows 8 computer as well as moved all of my existing .eps and .lxi files over so I can use them on the new computer. I can import any of my existing .eps files but my .lxi files cause my program to have an "Unexpected Error" and crash when I try to open them. What could be causing this? My program is installed correctly and is working fine other than that. It will cut and design as it should.

What version of LXi do you have? Make sure it's compatible with Windows 8.
