jfronk 3 Posted April 10, 2014 Greetings all I am trying to make a gift for my grand daughters wall from a license plate blank. I would like to use vinyl for this project. I think that I have it all worked out but a small problem, I would like the cut out the lettering in vinyl using Collegiate lettering but I would like the letters to be colored vinyl.
