Need a little help here

Recommended Posts

I'm currently working on a new design/logo for the back window of my truck.  Here is what I have so far here this morning looking for a few critiques from you guys.  Not sure I like the social media line that might be changing.  These are not the actual colors still working that detail out right now.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have issues with people who use x to change the spelling but based on what I see every day I must be in the minority. Looks busy but a lot of that is the current colors I think.

Check the updated first post does that look a little better?

Possibly thinking silver and white possibly.

This is what I mean by "void"

Silver and white might not contrast enough maybe silver & blue

I like the silver and white enough contrast. And nicer on the eyes.

As for Jaybird so you don't like my way of spelling Graphix huh?

Didn't anybody learn to spell in school... Swapping C for K doesn't do anything for me either. As for you you're just MadHatter, never read past that point.

Working on the other 3 color now but here is another idea which I might be leaning more towards

still need to void out the social part

The bottom one is much easier to read. I like it.

Thanks im leaning a lot more towards that one.  My only thing is am I repeating my self by putting elite vinyl graphix again below the phone number?  Would it be better to enlarge phone number and stick social logos above phone number

This one is the best of the bunch. I would lose the whole bottom line and ditch the first letter in each word keeping the oversized caps.

My quick, low-res two cents;

post-43059-0-22712000-1394918862_thumb.p

Notice I dropped the repeating letters, E,V, & G.

"Graphics" is larger cause that's your main message...

That, and the phone number.

I like that version also.. I also skarekrows lay out with the number at the end then the twitter, facebook etc logos could go in the upper righthand corner.

I hired this company to do some framing for me one year and they spelled their name Graffix construction and I later found out that Graphix is a bong manufacturer or something like that, they evidently thought it was hilarious. Needless to say I was less than impressed.

Here is the final layout i'm going with for my trucks back window.  Now deciding if I want some sort of specialty vinyl (carbon fiber or reflective) to really set this off.

Thanks for all your guys help today!! will post finished product in about a week or so

It really looks good.

In my humble opinion, I would ditch the social media when it is installed on a car.
