I tried to cut a stripe with the word charger in it, It was 3 "  X 48" I cut this same stripe in the past

for a guys charger ,he had a fender bender and the bodyshop needed it replaced

I sat up my Vinyl on the machine and advanced it to 50 " no problem

Started to cut  it cut the C then the H and then just stop Waiting was on the LCD  screen

I had to turn of and on the cutter, then when i tried to advance the vinyl again it would advance for a while and then just stop

the screen would stay the same but all functions on the keypad were locked nothing happen with the touch

of the keypad had to restart the cutter  I tried it 5 or 6 times and it would just stop while I was pushing the arrow key to advance

the vinyl  that is definity not software it is like something is tripping on the board

Yes, certainly sounds hardware related to me. Would you feel comfortable replacing the motherboard in the unit?

You can remove the motherboard in your unit and ship it to us, and once we receive it, I will ship you a new one.

Nope, pretty self explanitory once you get to it. A little bubble wrap in a small box will do.
