When I restored a 1948 Curtis Compressor I went directly to the company and got permission In writing to reproduce the decals I needed.  You could try that.

Is this the one you need?  Tom's is now owned by Lance Foods. They would be the ones to contact

You're welcome, looks like a fun project.  I just picked up a welder that I had since I was 16 and I'm going to restore it.  I'll need to replicate a decal for the top of it.  I'll get in touch with Lincoln and see what they say.

outside of regular vinyl, etching and shirt orders, another restoration job came in this week. 2 license plates. I've never done a plate before so the fun begins! Paint is blasted off one so far, the other is a little tougher and soaking in paint remover at the moment. We have a hobby (trains/model cars) shop in the same block so I was able to find the correct colors in enamels. I'll post pics when complete.
