Try the launcher button. Top tool bar, looks like a little rocket ship, should drop down a menu with your cutting software, then just click and cut.

What file format are you exporting it to from within CorelDraw?

If you can attach a copy of the file you exported, we can take a look at it and try to diagnose your issue.

OW Jones, Here is the information I see on the screen,, when I go to Export the image...

File Name:   Hunter Baseball

Save as Type :  AI  Adobe Illustrator

Sort Type :  Default

Then the link is :  C:\Documents ans=d settings\JUDY\MyDocuments\HunterBaseball.ai

then I hit the Export at bottom of screen and go to SignGo site and do File  Import and find the Image of Hunter Baseball and Open,,, but nothing shows up on the matt for me to cut...

Thanks for any help ..Have a Blessed Day

I had similar problems I gave up & send everything from Corel now. I used to export to Inkscape then save as an SVG, then import. But the vector files wouldn't always decode correctly in SCAL. It was just not worth the hassle.
