Go-C Graphics

It was a very busy day yesterday!

It just so happens Go-C Wraps got a new toy yesterday. I have to say it makes it 100% easy to sand blast.

My brother's birthday was today so I made him a few presents. This is his window tint and vinyl wrap business in Orange Park , FL

And then I finally got to play with my new heat press and make a few shirts for him also.

Here are the results.

I had to hand trace the skull because my plotter wouldn't cut right.  Took about 1.5-2 hours.

I'm just using the 20lbs jug of AO from HF.  It's a 70 grit.

Which heat press are you using...thank you...

No I haven't figured it out.  I had to hand trace the skull with an exacto knife and weed it out that way.  Definitely not something I'd want to do in bulk.

I really like the round/squared IW logo on the front pocket area of the shirt. very good looking design, and the grey looks good on the white shirt! Good job.

I have a ? about the blasting cabinet.

I know a few people that have those and somehow dust or media escapes from them like crazy and was dusting everything they had in the same room/space.

I know one of them is even running an exhaust on it when they run it.

Are you having this issue? If yes or no what brand cabinet do you have?

It's the bench top model from HF.   I took the advice from some of the guys here and applied silicon caulk to every seam both inside, outside, and bottom of the unit.

I hooked up my shop vac to it and I didn't notice anything getting out.  With a good shopvac hooked up I don't see how anything could get out as long as you keep negative pressure in the cabinet.

Thanks for prompt feedback.

When I get one, I'll make sure to do the same.

Now how do you do the sand blasting? Do you just cut out stencil then hit it with sand blaster?

Yep............  Cut your image and weed out the negative. Then you apply it to the glass and sandblast it.
