ce6000 contour cutting help..

Alright, so sometimes my contour cuts are perfect and sometimes they are off. I am using illustrator and cutting master 3 for the contour cuts..

 

I put the machine in GP-GL mode and put the pen in to test. It will try to read then gives me an error E04024 so then I have to have it scan the paper. Now, I try again.. It reads the marks but as it is reading the marks it states OFF SCALE on 3 of the marks and processing on one of the marks. I am using type 2 marks that are .600" long.

 

Half of the cut will be perfect but on the other half of the design, it is way off. I got it to work yesterday but I have been fighting with it all day today and it is not working with me.
