roland gx24 PSU indicator on but blue power button cannot on

I have not used my Roland GX-24 for 3 months, then I clean the inside without disconnecting the cables.

A week later I cannot turn on the machine. But indicator on power supply is on.

Please help,..

I guess first question why did the inside need cleaned?

because it's dusty.

did you check the ribbon cable that connects the main panel to the mainboard - it can be pretty delicate

I can also ad that if it is the mainboard that in 2010 it was $485.17 to buy a new one

It is entirely possible that you caused a static discharge into those exposed components, resulting in a failure of the circuitry.

That's my guess also. Probably used a vacuum to clean the dust, this creates major static. Compressed air is recommended.
