I think that depends if you have a clam shell or a swing away.

just a heads up you add something to it it must be tested.  It's not our call to decide if the added substance is toxic it must be tested by a certified third party agancy

I just remember all the hoopla when this all came about and gw signed it into law - lots of products being pulled!  Makes copyright seem tame as opposed to child safety
