jaybyrd 3,770 Posted October 10, 2013 Sorry I didn't even see the Signblazer at the top. It's been a long day. Can't help you I haven't used Signblazer in years but I'm sure help will be along shortly
slice&dice 2,450 Posted October 11, 2013 Here'e what I would do -- 1. Open the .pdf file in your Acrobat Viewer 2. Select (All) 2. Copy 3. Paste into Inkscape 4. Convert (Path/Tracebitmap) 5. Delete bitmap -- retain the vector 6. Copy 7. Paste into Signblazer
Jay2703 704 Posted October 11, 2013 you can open a .pdf with Inkscape. then just save it out as an .eps file.
darcshadow 1,626 Posted October 14, 2013 Not all PDF files are vectors though. Open it with Inkscape and try to node edit it. If you can then just save as EPS, if you can't you'll need to trace it and create a vector.
caroline19 1 Posted December 31, 2013 Using a PDF document converting control, you are able to convert PDF file to vector images, like SVG. Here is a detailed guide for changing PDF to SVG vector image.
BearlyRich 167 Posted December 31, 2013 Using a PDF document converting control, you are able to convert PDF file to vector images, like SVG. Here is a detailed guide for changing PDF to SVG vector image. This is certainly NOT a "detailed guide" but IS a blatant spam advertisement to a commercial product. Unfortunately, it's an API product suited only to dot-net programmers. I doubt you'll drum up any business here for that. Maybe ytou should spam someplace else! jparent 0 Posted February 8, 2014 Bring up your pdf file in SB. Click on image, mode then monochrome. After you do that go back to image, vectorize. Drag you monochrome image off and delete. What is left is your vectorized image. Just go in and node edit to clean it up.
