gen998 0 Posted August 26, 2013 Hello Im tring to setup my cutter I did all the downloads plug the cutter in just like the book and video said. But when I tried pushing the test cut button it cuts some crazy lines and a half of a box I tried playing with the speed and press but it don't help. I have a order waiting. NEED HELP BAD!! Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted August 26, 2013 +1 on both - tech support as there is something wrong when it won't do a cut from an internal test and taking orders before you know how to run a piece of equipment - do you have ANY experience with vector graphics?
