MH 871- First cut usually good but when i try to re-cut it, it all goes wrong!

Recommended Posts

So Im running an MH-871 probably a month old, i have a mac and SCALP software. It all looks like its running great except this little problem I've been dealing since i got it. Usually my first cut goes ok, sometimes it starts cutting perfect when all of a sudden the blade runs all the way to the end cutting all my vinyl . I have to restart it and re-set the file then it will cut flawlessly. When the job is done, and ill re-set the blade to the original point to re-cut the same file i go to my computer to do a re-cut and it just cuts random lines

i made this video so you guys can see what im talking about...

Get it hooked up to a PC running WinXP, and all will be well.

See that picture of an APPLE on your monitor?  That is the problem...

+1 needs to be on a PC.  XP will be the best.

heck why worry about the hundreds that tried before and couldn't get it to work right - personally I admire your mac can do spirit.  even if it doesn't work right as stated by the seller.   brickwall.gifAngry_Pissed_Off_Emoticon.gif
