xJoey Dubsx 42 Posted August 23, 2013 Just because having a lot of stuff on my plate, I added more like usual and bought a pinstripe brush, some one shot, and what not. Anyone here do pinstriping? Show off your work. Tell us tips and tricks! This should be a fun deal.
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted August 24, 2013 bought a kafka brush and some one shot a year ago when reading a lot about it - it is still sitting unused as I got too busy with cutting and printing and life to play with it
edge 67 Posted August 24, 2013 Was set to buy a Beugler after watching a demostration at Oshkosh...then got cold feet and decided I could do what I wanted much cheaper with vinyl. The funny side to that story was I had a Classic Rodder chase me in traffic to find out who striped my fuel door, only to turn his nose up when it was revealed as cut vinyl. It may not have been good enough for him, but it is for me.

knucklehead 530 Posted September 15, 2013 Don't use Red OneShot, if it will be out in the sun. Try to cross your lines at 90 degree angles, or close to.

knucklehead 530 Posted September 20, 2013 If you start, be warned, it's pretty addictive. But, on a more positive note, you can stripe pretty much anything. Doesn't cost a lot, don't need any special equipment, cept a brush and paint, don't need any special coated media, don't need any power, and with the right paint, you can stripe chicks, and boobs.
