PCUT CTO630 - Carriage arm/blade stays in cutting position after job?

Recommended Posts

Hi all. New to the forum.

I have a CTO630 - Ive had it for a year or so with no probs, but recently, the blade/carriage arm (I think thats the correct term?) stays down in the cutting position after a job is completed - I have to switch the machine off and on again for it to ping back up to the normal position. The cutter seems ok apart from this. Any ideas why this is happening, or how to sort it? thanks in advance!

Ive sorted it! I reset signcut a few days ago as step cutting wasnt working - and the software chose the CS630 driver as default instead of the CT and I didnt notice. Correct driver now selected =  problem solved!
