X and Y scale showing 00000 help!

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I am new to the forum scene, but im hopeing that you guys can help.

I came to use my PCUT CT630, and for some reason the X an Y scale have gone back to 0?

I have spoken to signcut the program that i use to see if the program was at fault, and they cant understand the problem either, the worse thing about it is that i have to manually put the scales back in, and it takes hours, not a good thing at all.

Does anyone know a faster way to input the data, or even the cause of the problem.

Or does the plotter have a motherboard in the machine that has a battery that might need replacing.

thanks for your time

Jon
