BannerJohn 1,324 Posted March 14, 2008 for short term use or indoor signs, I always get the economy grade. Anything else is a waste of money. Of course it all depends on what it is,how long it's gonna be used. I can't think of anything more stupid than using high grade vinyl on a sign or banner for something that is going to be used maybe for a few days or weeks. I don't know how long they are going to use it, and what they are going to specifically place it onto, but I think middle grade short life span would be fine... Economy grade works for me, keep more $$$ in my pocket.
firemalt 10 Posted March 15, 2008 1 to 2 year use... Oracal 641 4 to 6 year use... Oracal 651 Probably your best bet... fairly priced, easy to work with, and long outdoor life. Longer than 6 years... Oracal 751(calendered), or Oracal 851(cast)
