Greeneye80 0 Posted May 23, 2013 I am a complete newbie to Signblazer or any cutting software for that matter. I want to know if you can edit an image using SBE. I have imported an image and I would like to take some lettering off of it. It is an anchor with a banner in the middle that has lettering on it. I just want to use the anchor for what I am doing and not all the other things that are on it.
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted May 23, 2013 yes you can edit in Signblazer. Maybe time to read the Signblazer user manual? Download below. http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/191/27/02-signblazer-elements-users-guide
mb20music 760 Posted May 23, 2013 Very helpful answer to his question, Skeeter... Yes you can edit the nodes of an .eps file in Signblazer by using the "Node Edit" function under the "Edit" menu. You select the nodes you want to edit or remove by holding down the left button of your mouse and dragging your mouse. Then right click and you should get a pop up menu showing all the editing functions.
darcshadow 1,626 Posted May 23, 2013 First question would be is the image in a vector format. If not, you'll need to do that first then the node editing. Skim through the manual and just play around with it. It's not too difficult to pick up.
