graphtec ce5000-60 sure cuts a lot pro help please

Just set up my graphtec CE5000 and the cut size is wrong.  I have an file I am trying to cut and it is 8x16  when it is sent to cut it is cutting only the bottom part of the design and has enlarged the text to huge.  What is wrong and help waisting soooo much vinyl

Not the first person i have heard of having trouble with scalp and a graphtec - seems it is not optimized for the better cutter.  kinda like running your porshe on kerosene.  hopefully a scalp user will  have the answer

download cutmaster from graphtec and cut directly from that - see if that helps

I don't know much about these machines but sounds like a language issue, rather than communication. Set language to Graphtec/Craft robo, GPGL.

lueman, I can tell you from experience if the language is set wrong for the software it won't cut at all - not cut incorrectly.

If it is cutting, language is most likely correct.

On Graphtec machines there is also a Step Size (508,1016,2032,etc..) setting so make sure whatever is set on the Graphtec matches the setting in SCALPro
