Is Stretch available in SBE?

Been looking for the stretch Icon, in SBE, and can't find it.  On the trial software, I found it.  Anybody know?  If it is available, how do I retrieve it?  Thanks.

I am learning, and using the manual now.  It show a Stretch Icon with two hands pulling apart.  This function is to allow to stretch an item, without distorting the details.

Thanks for your ideas.  I was trying to make a detailed border larger and not distort the design.

It's on page 74 in the learning guide, or search "stretch" in Sign Blazer help file.

From what I see it is only in the higher levels of the program (hotshot or pro)

I tried it.  It looks to me like it makes the corners of the graphic remain undistorted by adding the changes only in the middle of the graphic.  If you have text in the graphic the effect will be to make the middle characters distorted and leave the end/edge ones unchanged.  I would use the "size " button and uncheck the leep proportional checkbox.
