LLaurence 12 Posted April 7, 2013 So my laptop crashed yesterday and I had an order that was supposed to go out. So I quickly installed my software and the drivers for my cutter on my backup laptop. After about 2 hours of relentless cursing and frustration my cutter wouldn't budge. Finally I gave in and called the US Cutters support line and my call was answered immediately. I explained my problem and the customer service rep (I wish I remembered his name) was soooo nice. He had me go to this website and actually took control of my computer!... He quickly found and fixed the problem, he even stayed on the line while everything was updating and then sent a quick test cut to my cutter to make sure everything was working. I have to say they have really stepped up their customer service. Thank You sooo much for helping me in my hour of need lol.. I wish I could've given the guy a beer..
