Cuts are way off on longer cuts.

I run a MH-871-MK2 and am having a problem with larger decals and longer lettering.
I'm currently working on decals for the doors of some semi trucks for my company and when I cut the longer lettering it does it in 3 separate sections and by the end of the cut the last section is sitting 1/4 inch lower and the letters that it cuts in two parts are way off.

Also cutting a 12' round logo it does it in 2 sections and the top section doesn't line up with the bottom. I've wasted A LOT of vinyl trying to figure this out and am out of options and ideas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
