SignJunky 10 Posted March 11, 2013 Those are nice!!! What method did you use to do those?
GraphxNMore 282 Posted March 11, 2013 I cut a vinyl stencil, stick it to the mirror. Then use acid, sandblast or dremel too, depending on quality of image desired. 3-D work gets real tedious, I've just about quit doing that since I have a 2 yr old running around and no workshop to go to. MadHatterGraphix 1,258 Posted March 11, 2013 Very nicely done.
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted March 11, 2013 nicely done, I think I recognize those mirrors - did 1 blasted rom the back and never again on that particular mirror - there was so much gunk to remove to get it done it wasn't worth it. There would be great for front blast like this though
Ericjgidney 0 Posted March 23, 2013 Where did you get the mirrors? Looking for a place with decent prices.
GraphxNMore 282 Posted March 23, 2013 Fred's, WalMart, flea markets. One thing I've done on a few is go to my local glass shop and have several cut at one time, then go to a hobby shop and get frames. It adds more to the final price, but the customer gets a more unique product.
