PC1200 Just Stops Cutting

I am trying to cut an image, and my PCut1200 just stopped. The blade stayed down and everything. I thought maybe it was waiting to get more info about how to cut the stupid image. I tried it over it again. It got a little further and stopped, but this time the blade lifted like it was down cutting. It only cut about 20% of the image. Why does it just stop?

Make sure you have disabled your screen saver, and that you do not have anything else running on the computer when you go to cut. Might want to disable all of your startup programs as well. Maybe try another connection method if possible.
