signcutter 0 Posted January 29, 2013 Hello All, I have most of the MH 721-MK2 set up correctly, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to properly set the tension on the roller "guides?". I have tried loosening the brass screws up and down but the pressure between the metal under roller and the top roller is still leaving the imprinted checker pattern on the vinyl. What in the world am I doing wrong? Thank you.
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted January 29, 2013 Welcome...those grit roller roller marks usually don't hurt a thing. It is mostly in the wax paper backing and show into the vinyl. Once you remove the wax paper backing to apply the decal. those marks shouldn't be there.

MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted January 29, 2013 Thank you! I thought I was destroying all the stuff I was making! Your welcome.. make some some small decals, that have the grit roller marks on them, Apply it to something,, see if the roller marks disappear. That should be your test , LOL
