anyone have trouble with their cutter starting out cutting good on one side then when it gets to the other side it starts cutting to deep. it's cutting all the way through the backing paper

check your cutting strip for gouges, make sure the cutting strip is down all the way, Make sure carriage head is firmly down in the track
