HELP with getting cutter to cut

PCUT ct630, running xp software, with sign blazer 6.0.21 usb cable tried 2 differ ones.

I have tried everything I have found on the forum.

computer and cutter will not work. I have tried all com ports making sure both match, I have checked the baun 9600 on both software and computer and cutter. However tried to change on the cutter but only stays on 9600.

Thanks so very much for getting me up and going with my vinyl cutter.

You are super and I'm so glad that I brought from USCutter you are very good at tech support and the other that work for USCutter all respond very quickly.

P.S Need to learn to follow instuctions, just need to hit the cut tile and it cuts like magic. AAAA+++++
