Creating a printable file [.jpeg] of a completed job.

I am doing a door design which incorporates a logo, basic rectangles and some text. I am happy with the door design but I need to send off a proof via EMAIL so I am trying to get a.jpeg created of the whole door. If I try to "export" as a .jpeg nothing happens unless I try and export only the TEXT portion. That is, when I select only the text protion - it appears to work. Do I need to weld or group or something else in order to export this completed file as a .jpeg??

File + Export and select the .jpg file type. If you uncheck the selected box and key in a name it should work.

PIXEL resolution way too high on my original attempts. When I lowered per your clip things started to happen - for the better i.e.

I'll continue to work on this one but it looks like I am OK.
