Pinch Roller for LPII - Incorrect part shown??

Recommended Posts

I have a LaserPoint II cutter. It does have the 3 pinch rollers as opposed to only 2 in the LPI series. When using it the vinyl does lift somethings causing the cuts to be off slightly. The LPII has 5 positions for pinch rollers, unfortunately 2 of them are too far apart. I would like to buy another but the parts shown for the LPII are not correct.

The parts list on the LPII page show a Creation PCut pinch roller

The link even says Creation PCut.

The pinch roller I have is the one listed on the MH series cutter.

Could it just be a wrong picture? Or should I order the MH series pinch cutter??

I guess I am going to have to. Looking at the MH/TC/SC cutters, it looks like the parts for the LPII would be the same as those series cutters. LiYu makes the LPII as Creation made the LPI.

The rails might be the same but I would call and talk to someone there they would be able to tell you for sure what is going on... Then if it is still wrong it is on them and not you...(Although I have no idea why they would be wrong..)

Carter,

Wow, I'm really sorry about that. It is definitely the wrong pinch roller. That is the pinch roller that was used in the LPI and it wasn't updated for the move to the LPII. Here is a link to the correct pinch roller. http://www.uscutter.com/index/page/product/product_id/1675

Thanks for letting us know. We'll have someone update the website as soon as possible.
