refine 28" drivers

My plotter has always worked great. I recently built a new computer and when trying to setup the plotter I'm having no luck. I have tried the drivers from the USCutter site, drivers direct from the FTDI site along with Roland drivers. Everytime I try to install them, it says it couldn't. I have tried letting the computer search for drivers and pointing it to them myself. Any ideas?

Since you just built a new computer , In Bios is the Serial Port Shut off ? sometimes if there not being used they have to be turned on Manually , mine was disabled so if that is it turn it on in System Bios then save reboot try installing drivers again .. Just a Idear

Try using the RedSail drivers in Signblazer.

I'm using USB. It shows up in the device manager when i plug it in, just wont install the drivers even pointing it right to them.

small update. plotter works perfectly fine on my windows 7 laptop. drivers installed just fine and worked first shot. any idea why i cant install the drivers on my XP computer?
