How long for authoration code to run software????

Hello,

I recently purchased a compan 2500 with sign blaster cd software, and yesterday Sunday the 24 of Feb I load may sign blaster soft ware, and it require a activation code that would be e-mailed to me. Now it is more than 24 hours later, and I have no code so it only lets me run trial mode. How long does this take, I would have thought it would some auto asigned system that would send me one in hours not days? What, can I do?

issue is resolved with the help of USC. I guess they forgot to insert my number with cd. Stuff happens
