HowTo make a two color word in Corel? Then separate for Cut. THX

I need some guidance. I have made a word on a Corel,,, "FIRE DEPARTMENT USE"...but I want it to be a two color word...Black on bottom and red on top. Then I want to be able to separate the two colors so that I can cut then individually then apply to my vehicle black first then red on top centered.

just use the contour tool and put the size you want, Than ungroup( break) the curves and cut seperately.
