Vista Laptop Crashes when USB P-Cut connected

I am a new P-cut owner - I loaded Signblaze on my Vista Compaq laptop along with the USB driver. Now when I connect the USB cable from the cutter, the computer crashes - Anyone have any experience with this?  Any idea what to do?  If not, can I get a new activation code for Signblaze for my old XP laptop?

don't know about the Vista problem,but all you have to do to install on the XP laptop, is UNINSTALL from the Vista..while connected to the internet (this is important). Then you should be able to get a  new activation code. Someone else on here even said he did it that way and his old code worked fine.
