thredz 1 Posted March 10, 2007 You have to autotrace the design and then click the inside areas to fill.After you have all the fills set click the outside outline of the autotrace and set it black with wireframe unchecked.Then go to effects -seperate overlap and seperate the colors from each other.Then go to arrange and group,set your registration marks and send it to the production manager. TaterNuts 3 Posted March 10, 2007 If your design is already in a vector format, (ai, eps, etc) you may need to uncompound or ungroup the image. For example, if you click on one part of the image, and all the cut lines are highlighted, this means it is grouped or compounded together... Both of these functions are under the arrage section of the toolbar. Click on your image, uncompound, ungroup... Then select which section you want to add colors too. Once complete, be sure to re-group your image just to be sure you dont move something by mistake Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
