Different way?? Cut tile for layer??

I know in SignBlazer you can select an option to "cut as in document" (I think that is the wording) which allows you to have the cutter cut one of the layers the over all size of the whole graphic. I know Flexi is real big on cutting to save material. The only way I have found to do what I am trying to achieve is to physically change the tile size of one of the colors but is there a different or easier way? I am sure my words aren't real comprehensible so I will try with a picture also.

This is just an example I put together real quick. If I were going to layer this and make a bunch of them ready to install as a single decal what I would do is go into the cut menu and stretch the "Black" tile to a slightly larger size then the whole decal and then layer everything to the text tile. But is there a setting to automatically have Flexi do this for one color for me? I know its not a big deal to do it my way I am just curious.
