Cut pressure

I am very new to the cutting plotter world, I have a pcut 630 wich we used to do various vinyl jobs using both signblazer elements and sign cut pro.

I have set the plotter up again to do some new work, and the cutter does not cut all the way through the vinyl. Changing the settings on the 630 i can make a nice clean cut using a pressure of 130, but when i put it back "online" it loses this setting and reverts to a "100" setting and wont cut.

I dont seem to have the oprion to over-ride the settings in sign cut pro.

without the extra pressure it scores the top but wont cut through.

I have tried adjusting the bade but even with it sticking through a lot, without the pressure the result is the same.

any help would be appreciated.
