question about cargo trailer

Recommended Posts

When installing vinly on a cargo trailer that has panels every 4ft. should the vinly be cut at the panels to allow for contraction of the metal or just vinly over them? This job is over 6 foot long and has rivets can this be done wet or should it be done dry becuase of the rivets.

Thanks for any help or comments.

For cast and calandard cut vinyl with permanant adhesive, I wet apply and releif cut panels seams. For wraps.....cast or calandard vinyl with "air release technologly" etc, I laminate and apply dry and overlap the panel seams.
