thegirlscreate 1 Posted February 22, 2012 I recently change my blade on my machine, ever since I did that the blade wiggles during cutting and it will basically just perforate the vinyl in some area's- I have to constantly adjust it. Any idea's why this would happen?
edge 67 Posted February 22, 2012 The new blade has a good edge and is the same dia and length? Disassemble the holder and check for small particles of vinyl that might interfer with the blade's movement. If all else fails....does the old blade perform the same if used again? thegirlscreate 1 Posted April 17, 2012 I think I discarded the old blade, I have checked and readjusted it a million times it is the most bizarre thing! I have figured out a work around that seems to be okay as long as I keep an eye on the machine.
