Sutting sheets off the roll

I have a question. After my refine mh721 cutter is done cutting out my image on vinyl, is there any way to have the plotter cut the sheet off of the rest of the roll? i find that when I try and manually trim the roll i can't cut a perfectly straight line which creates a problem for when I am lining up my next cut. Anyone know a solution? Different software perhaps?

There is no software.You have to cut the roll yourself.Get you a 24" metal ruler and line it up with the edge of the track on the bottom of the cutter and knife cut it.I don't usually cut mine straight either,but scraps are good to have around if you have to do a hand cut fill to save a job.

I just run a pair of scissors right down the grooves on the plotter. That makes a perfect cut everytime.

yup i use a razor blade down the grooves as well
