Your files opens up in Signcut without any problems when I try them, but I had to resave your EPS-file. What did you set the settings in the EPS-dialog to when you saved your file. It should be postscript level 3 and only convert text to path should be marked. What version of Inkscape do you use? Click About Inkscape in the help menu. I would like to know also what version of Signcut you use. You can find this by clicking on About Signcut in the help menu in Signcut. Do you use Mac or Windows?
